Hosted by Chef de Cuisine Lauren Bodden and the resort’s culinary team, the evening features world-renowned Chef Mauro Colagreco, whose globally celebrated approach to seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking brings an extraordinary dimension to the menu. Each composed course is paired with distinguished Napa Valley wines from Taub Family Vineyards, highlighting the harmony between food and wine. We’ve flipped Sustain on its head! Now one of our prime daytime lunches, we’ve asked chefs to push the envelope regarding their definition of sustainability. Host Kevin Sawyer and guest chefs Paula DaSilva and Alex Seidel will collaborate on locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable seafood, paired with Bouchaine Vineyards hand-selected by winemaker Chris Kajani, which employs several sustainable farming methods and was the first fish-friendly certified vineyard in Napa Valley.
