Chef Clay Conley and buccan are long known for seasonal-inspired and progressive dishes, so it is fitting to bring chefs who are equally known in their region (and beyond) for discovering how to bring out the best of simple ingredients. Together, Conley (host), Andrew Carmellini, Paul Kahan with Dylan Patel, and Neal Fraser will present some of their favorites, revamped to highlight different textures and flavors. The First Bite is a five-course seated dinner, served family-style, with exceptional wines hand selected by Kim Beto of Terlato.
